U.S. ARMY

Training:

• Boot Camp - Fort McClellan, Alabama
• Bell Uh-1H Mechanical School - Fort Rucker, Alabama
• Sikorski H-60 Mechanical School - Fort Eustis, Virginia
• Air Assault School "Air Assault" - Fort Campbell, Kentucky

First Tour:

• 15th Medical Detachment (Air Ambulance) - Grafenweohr, Germany

Second Tour:

• 326 Medical Battalion 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) - Fort Campbell, Kentucky

U.S. AIR FORCE

Training:

• Survival School - Fairchild AFB, Washington
• Lockheed C-141B Flight Engineer School - Altus AFB, Oklahoma
• Non Commission Officers Leadership School - Travis AFB, California

First Tour:

• 22nd Air Rescue - Mountain Home AFB, Idaho

Second Tour:

• 8th Military Airlift Squadron - McChord AFB, Washington
• 36th Military Airlift Squadron - McChord AFB, Washington
